Professionally graded trading cards
Authorized trading card repack products
Autographed memorabilia and collectibles

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, conditions, quantities, and pricing.

Product photographs may be stock images or representative images unless otherwise stated.

Colors, packaging, and product appearances may vary slightly from images displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, availability, purchase limits, and prices without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and obligations for accepted orders.

Products are available only while supplies last unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Purchase Acceptance

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected merchandise at the prices and terms displayed during checkout.

You authorize Fat Dawgs Sports & TCG and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

An automatically generated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

Purchase quantity restrictions

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any payment due back to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

5. Final Sale and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the collectible nature of our merchandise, market volatility, and rapid fluctuations in trading card prices, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept voluntary returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Buyer's remorse or changes in purchasing decisions
Changes in product market value
Disappointment with trading card pulls
Failure to receive a desired player, autograph, insert, or collectible
Changes in third-party grading or resale valuations
Dissatisfaction with the contents of properly described randomized products

This final-sale policy applies to sealed boxes, packs, cases, individual cards, graded cards, repacks, memorabilia, and other merchandise unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

Exceptions

Fat Dawgs will investigate and appropriately resolve orders involving:

Incorrect merchandise shipped by Fat Dawgs
Missing merchandise caused by a fulfillment error
Products damaged during shipment
Other circumstances requiring a refund, replacement, or remedy under applicable law

Customers should contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, if an order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Please provide the order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when available.

The requested 48-hour notification period does not eliminate any rights provided by applicable law.

6. Trading Card Products and Randomized Contents

Trading cards and collectible card products frequently contain randomized contents.

Purchasing a factory-sealed box, pack, case, or similar product does not guarantee any specific:

Player or character
Rookie card
Autograph
Memorabilia card
Insert or parallel
Card grade
Market value
Resale value

Any guaranteed product configuration or contents will be described in the applicable product listing.

Manufacturer advertising, odds, checklists, and product configurations may be subject to manufacturer terms and production variations.

Fat Dawgs does not guarantee that customers will recover their purchase price or realize a profit from any trading card product.

Purchases are made for the collectible merchandise described in the listing, not as an investment opportunity.

7. Repack and Mystery Products

Fat Dawgs Sports & TCG may offer authorized trading card repacks or other collectible products containing randomized merchandise.

Where offered, these products will be accompanied by applicable manufacturer information, product descriptions, and disclosures.

Customers acknowledge that randomized product contents may vary.

Unless expressly stated in a product listing, we do not guarantee particular players, cards, grades, or monetary values.

Any stated product guarantees will apply only as described in the specific listing.

Repack and mystery-product purchases are subject to our Final Sale and Refund Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Fat Dawgs reserves the right to discontinue or restrict repack products based on applicable regulations, payment processing requirements, or platform policies.

8. Manufacturer Defects and Product Issues

Trading card manufacturers are responsible for producing and packaging their products.

Manufacturer-related issues may include printing defects, damaged cards, production errors, incorrect card collation, missing inserts, or other manufacturing irregularities.

Where appropriate, customers may seek assistance through the manufacturer's replacement or customer service program.

Fat Dawgs may assist customers in identifying the appropriate manufacturer contact or claim procedure.

Manufacturer replacement policies, deadlines, and eligibility requirements are determined by the manufacturer.

Nothing in this section limits remedies that Fat Dawgs is legally required to provide for defective, damaged, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Fat Dawgs Sports & TCG currently ships merchandise within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within two business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the available shipping services, destination, product details, and applicable package information.

We primarily use USPS and UPS.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will comply with applicable notification, cancellation, and refund requirements.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is lost, damaged, or otherwise not delivered as promised, please contact Fat Dawgs so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

10. Live Box Breaks and Whatnot

Fat Dawgs Sports & TCG also promotes and participates in live trading card box breaks and special collectible events through Whatnot.

All paid box breaks and break-spot purchases are conducted exclusively through Whatnot.

Fat Dawgs does not currently sell individual box-break spots through its Shopify website.

Customers who participate in Whatnot events are subject to Whatnot's applicable terms, buyer protection policies, and the specific rules and disclosures associated with each show or listing.

Our website may contain links directing customers to our Whatnot profile.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable Whatnot listing details and show rules before making purchases.

Purchases completed through Whatnot are separate from purchases completed through our Shopify website.

Questions or disputes relating to Whatnot transactions should be handled through the applicable Whatnot transaction and support processes.

Nothing in this section limits any legally required customer rights or remedies.

11. Intellectual Property

All original Fat Dawgs Sports & TCG branding, mascot artwork, logos, website designs, written content, promotional graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Fat Dawgs Sports & TCG, except where otherwise indicated.

The sale of a product does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property rights.

Fat Dawgs Sports & TCG operates its online store using Shopify's ecommerce platform.

Shopify provides technology that enables us to display merchandise, process transactions through supported payment providers, and operate our online storefront.

Purchases made through our website are transactions between the customer and Fat Dawgs Sports & TCG.

Shopify is not the seller of merchandise offered by Fat Dawgs.
